Curbide Delivery

Curbside furniture delivery is a service is offered by furniture retailers and delivery companies where furniture items are delivered directly to the curbside or outside of a customer's home or building. Instead of bringing the furniture inside the residence, the delivery personnel will leave the items at the designated delivery location, typically near the curb, driveway or loading dock.

With curbside furniture delivery, customers are responsible for receiving and transporting the furniture from the curbside into their homes. This means that the customer needs to have a plan in place to move the furniture safely and may require additional assistance or tools depending on the size and weight of the items.

Curbside furniture delivery is often a more cost-effective option compared to white-glove delivery, where the delivery personnel handle the entire process, including bringing the furniture inside the customer's home and setting it up. However, curbside delivery provides less convenience as it requires the customer to handle the logistics of moving the furniture themselves.
